About the role

Join ABYAT’s fast‑growing retail team as a Salesperson, serving customers in the tiles, bath, lighting, or furniture sections. You will be a key point of contact on the shop floor, delivering the highest level of service and helping shoppers choose the right home‑furnishing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, well‑priced, and fully stocked department to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Act as an expert on home‑furnishing and finishing products, providing advice on furniture, tiles, lighting, and bath installations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in home‑furnishing or finishing sectors.
• Demonstrated alignment with ABYAT’s values and a strong customer‑focus.
• Quick learner of new technologies, good communicator, and results‑oriented.
• Motivated to pursue self‑development and career advancement.
