SAP BASIS Lead

About the role

The SAP BASIS Lead will drive the design, installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP landscapes in Riyadh. You will work on both greenfield and brownfield S/4 HANA projects, ensuring optimal performance, reliability and alignment with business timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and estimate project timelines, hardware sizing and resource requirements.
• Install, configure and upgrade SAP S/4 HANA, BW/4HANA, HCM, BO/BODS, SRM, PO, BTP, Fiori and Solution Manager.
• Perform system copy, database refresh, backup/restore and DB upgrades for HANA and non‑HANA databases.
• Set up Web Dispatcher, load balancing, HA and DR configurations for SAP applications.
• Integrate on‑premise SAP systems with BTP, SuccessFactors and SAC.
• Conduct daily proactive database and environment health checks and maintain backup processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in SAP BASIS administration.
• Proven experience with S/4 HANA greenfield/brownfield implementations.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, networking and infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with HA, DR, backup/restore and system sizing.
