SAP Security & GRC Consultant (S/4HANA & Fiori)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to join our Riyadh team. You will work on S/4HANA and Fiori environments, designing secure role structures and ensuring compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement business, derived, and composite roles for SAP S/4HANA.
• Configure and manage Fiori catalogs, groups/spaces, and OData services.
• Create PFCG roles, maintain SU24 proposals, and troubleshoot authorizations.
• Ensure Fiori launchpad security and app‑level authorization control.
• Lead role redesign initiatives based on business process mapping.
• Align roles with organizational structures such as company codes and plants.
• Optimize role design to reduce redundancy and improve compliance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of SAP Security & GRC experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Security and Fiori Authorization.
• Extensive experience with SAP GRC 12 Access Control and large transformation projects.
• Proven ability in custom ruleset design, SoD analysis, and role redesign.
• Knowledge of MSMP workflow, BRF+, and GRC configurations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage multiple entities.
• Problem‑solving mindset, able to work under tight deadlines.
• Academic qualification: MBA, B.Tech or any graduation.
