Join a major international project in Saudi Arabia within the highly demanding Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors. We are looking for 10 experienced Scaffolding Supervisors to lead critical operations during an upcoming large-scale shutdown project.

Missions principales

• Supervise scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling activities in compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate team activities to ensure project timelines are met during the intensive shutdown period.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure all scaffolding structures meet technical specifications.
• Manage on-site resources and provide technical guidance to scaffolding crews.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols in a high-risk environment.

Profil recherché

• Proven professional experience specifically in Scaffolding Supervision within Shutdown/Turnaround environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams under pressure.
• Ability to work in demanding industrial settings (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical).
• Strict commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Advanced Scaffolding technical expertise.
• Mandatory proficiency in English (written and spoken).
