Schedule Engineer

About the role

The Schedule Engineer will lead the planning, scheduling and performance monitoring of engineering and construction projects. You will create and maintain master schedules, analyse project data and support execution planning to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Analyse project performance, identify risks, inter‑dependencies and trends.
• Support project execution planning and implement process‑improvement and automation solutions.
• Monitor and control schedule progress, produce regular reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to integrate scheduling with overall project plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, project execution planning and scheduling procedures.
• Proven experience in project integration, inter‑dependency and trend analysis.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication and organisational skills.
