About the role

Join a Walmart kiosk team as a Seasonal Tax Preparer, providing one‑on‑one tax interview assistance to customers during the busy filing season. You’ll work independently while receiving support from experienced tax professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Work within a Walmart kiosk location to prepare client tax returns.
• Conduct one‑on‑one tax interviews and answer questions from walk‑in customers.
• Proactively engage with Walmart customers and employees to promote services.
• Complete tax preparation training and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
• Utilize basic computer skills to enter client information accurately.
• Collaborate with leadership and knowledgeable tax preparers for guidance.
