Security Supervisor – Hotel (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Security Supervisor will ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property at Novotel Madinah, a 4‑star hotel located steps from Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in international hotels.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Acceptable to good level of English communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and well‑groomed.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a rotating shift schedule.
• Strong commitment to safety, security, and customer service standards.
