About the role

GoBus Transportation Co. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead its finance function. In this role you will oversee financial reporting, budgeting and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis.
• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities, including account reconciliations.
• Ensure all accounting practices comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Analyze financial data to generate actionable insights for senior management.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering professional development.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills.
