Senior Associate – Accounts Receivable (Jeddah)

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate I in Accounts Receivable to manage collections and performance of a high‑profile AR portfolio for its Saudi Arabia operations. You will act as the primary contact for customers, support cash flow objectives, and collaborate with regional and global AR teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect outstanding receivables in line with contract and payment terms.
• Support reduction of bad‑debt expense through proactive collection of aged balances.
• Identify high‑risk accounts and adjust credit limits or risk codes as needed.
• Resolve invoice disputes and collaborate with customers to improve AR performance.
• Assist the Cash Application team to ensure timely and accurate payment posting.
• Support month‑end close, reporting, and compliance for Credit & AR.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the AR function.
• Serve as SAP Subject Matter Expert for AR operations.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Understanding of credit management in the healthcare industry.
• High analytical ability and keen attention to detail.
• Experience handling complex, high‑profile accounts.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

• SAP (ERP) proficiency.
