Senior Bookkeeper – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

Mnzil, a fast‑growing prop‑tech company operating across Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join its finance team remotely. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month‑end and year‑end close, and driving process improvements in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Review reconciliations, ledgers, and financial records for completeness and correctness.
• Monitor cash‑flow tracking and expense management to support operational decisions.
• Maintain invoices, payments, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Support monthly and year‑end closing activities, preparing necessary schedules and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, handling high transaction volumes.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP or accounting software.
• Strong reconciliations and financial reporting capabilities.
• Cash‑flow tracking and expense‑management proficiency.
