Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth, manage investment opportunities, and drive Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) projects across smart cities, mobility, transportation, and logistics. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong relationship‑building capabilities to secure new business aligned with our objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives in targeted sectors.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that support organizational growth.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry research.
• Lead end‑to‑end PPP projects, bidding activities, and tender management processes.
• Analyze RFPs/RFQs, coordinate proposal development, and ensure competitive, compliant submissions.
• Develop detailed financial models, business cases, and feasibility studies for investment opportunities.
• Evaluate project profitability, ROI, risk exposure, and long‑term financial sustainability.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, investors, strategic partners, and key clients.
• Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, investment, PPP projects, or strategic partnerships.
• Previous experience in semi‑government, smart‑city, mobility, transportation, or logistics sectors.
• Proven track record in bidding, tendering, and investment‑related projects.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CMA; CIPM is a plus.
