Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will lead distributor relationships in the assigned market(s), driving both top‑line and bottom‑line growth for the business unit. You will act as a strategic partner, building joint business plans, negotiating trade terms, and ensuring flawless execution across multiple sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow distributor networks across off‑premise, hypermarkets, supermarkets, airports, hotels, and restaurants.
• Develop and align joint business plans with distributors, setting volume targets, rebates, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate trade terms, monitor KPI performance, and produce regular internal and partner reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities, allocate resources, and drive trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Lead promotional planning, forecasting, and execution to meet sales objectives.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Marketing, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in sales, distributor management, key‑account management, or trade marketing within a multinational FMCG environment (spirits, premium brands preferred).
• Result‑oriented, pragmatic, and flexible with strong business acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prepare, present, and follow‑up on business plans.
• Open‑minded, self‑motivated, and capable of navigating multicultural environments.
