Senior Construction Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to lead on‑site MEP construction activities for our visionary projects in Saudi Arabia. You will provide construction‑management advice, ensure safe and efficient execution, and drive alignment between contractors, sub‑contractors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and control all on‑site MEP construction works, ensuring they follow the approved strategy and schedule.
• Manage and prioritize contractors, monitor performance, and provide feedback to meet contractual and legal obligations.
• Audit contractor work, identify non‑compliance, and implement performance‑improvement actions.
• Maintain awareness of project budgets, control variations, and minimise cost increases.
• Participate in CM/engineering meetings, support cost and quantity estimation, and define scope of work.
• Promote the company’s vision, mission and values to foster an engaged workforce.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale construction projects, preferably in MEP disciplines.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgeting and variation management.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to act as a role model for teams.
