Senior Cost Control Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

Egis is looking for a Senior Cost Control Manager to join a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role focuses on overseeing cost control activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and manage version control for any changes.
• Support risk assessments and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimise financial impacts.
• Create and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cost control integration across design, procurement and construction phases.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Senior‑level professional with at least 120 months (10 years) of experience in cost control or cost engineering for large‑scale infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, cost breakdown structures and financial forecasting.
