Senior Director of Treasury Business Management & Development

About the role

The Senior Director of Treasury Business Management & Development will provide strategic leadership across the Treasury function, driving business planning, performance management, and new business development. The role partners with senior stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, enhance commercial and operational performance, and support the Bank’s strategic priorities while ensuring strong governance and regulatory alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall business management and strategic planning agenda for Treasury, aligned with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
• Develop and execute Treasury business plans, operating models, and strategic priorities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, products, and revenue streams across Treasury.
• Monitor and analyze Treasury financial and business performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance tracking for the Treasury function.
• Partner with Treasury leadership to improve profitability, efficiency, and business performance.
• Manage cross‑functional initiatives involving Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, Operations and other units.
• Ensure Treasury initiatives align with regulatory requirements, risk appetite, internal policies, and governance frameworks.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Treasury, corporate banking, investment banking or related functions within the financial services sector.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development, performance management and leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity and funding, balance‑sheet management, financial performance and banking regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive transformation, and manage high‑impact projects.
• Excellent commercial acumen, analytical thinking, communication and leadership capabilities.
