Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant – Al Ula

About the role

AESG is seeking a Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join its growing Al Ula team. You will lead fire and life‑safety design delivery, support multidisciplinary collaboration and ensure high‑quality technical outputs for residential, commercial and hotel projects across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery and project management tasks, reporting to Associates, Principals and Directors.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and ensure high‑quality FLS submittals with QA/QC ownership.
• Create and edit fire and life‑safety drawings and sketches in line with AESG CAD and PDF standards.
• Prepare and review architectural fire and life‑safety drawings and write FLS strategy reports.
• Participate in continuous development of FLS design deliverables and departmental financial success.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, SBC, IBC and UAE FLS codes throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of fire‑life‑safety technical experience in the Middle East.
• Native Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience on residential, commercial and hotel projects.
• Ability to manage tasks within time and budget constraints.
