Senior Graphic Designer – Creative & Brand Lead

About the role

Senior Graphic Designer responsible for creating high‑quality visual concepts for product advertising, packaging and digital media, supporting EXA Ceramics’ brand across marketing and sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative graphics and marketing content for printed and digital media, reflecting brand identity.
• Lead and supervise the graphic design team, ensuring brand aesthetics and project delivery.
• Design cost‑effective, attractive packaging and sales collaterals from concept to final output.
• Maintain a visual database with color corrections and support business needs.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to develop packaging ideas that meet client requirements.
• Monitor marketing communications schedule and provide progress reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in manufacturing or product packaging.
• Proven ability to lead a design team and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Color correction techniques.
• Creative design and layout skills.
• Marketing and branding knowledge.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
