Senior HR Generalist

About the role

The Senior HR Generalist will implement and administer Avient's HR services, policies, and programs across its Saudi manufacturing operations. Partnering with business teams, the role drives recruitment, retention, reward, and development of top talent while ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, salary and wage administration, benefits, retirement plans, recruitment, HRIS, payroll, and time‑and‑attendance systems.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and develop hiring requisitions for all levels.
• Manage employee counseling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement programs.
• Partner with managers and senior leaders on performance management and high‑potential development.
• Oversee leadership development programs, international assignments, and other specialized HR initiatives.
• Maintain regular visits to manufacturing plants to gain operational exposure.
• Execute special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and Saudization requirements.
• Proven experience managing government‑related processes and compliance.
• Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and independent work capabilities.
• Fluent communication in Arabic and English.
• Saudi nationals preferred due to Saudization policy.
