Senior Implementation Specialist

About the role

Saned Health is seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of its Hospital Information System (HIS) across hospitals and clinics in Saudi Arabia. You will act as the technical and functional bridge between product, engineering, and clinical teams, guiding projects from kickoff through go‑live and stabilization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HIS implementations, covering discovery, gap analysis, configuration, UAT, training, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
• Own the implementation plan, defining scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria in collaboration with project managers and product owners.
• Conduct workshops with medical directors, nurses, pharmacy, lab, finance, IT, and front‑desk staff to capture requirements.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into system configurations and clear engineering gap requests.
• Set realistic expectations on configurability, development needs, and out‑of‑scope items.
• Configure master data, user roles, access rights, clinical workflows, and reporting dashboards to match each site’s operating model.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience implementing HIS or similar large‑scale healthcare software.
• Proven ability to manage complex go‑live events without disrupting patient care.
• Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills, able to align clinicians, administrators, and engineers.
• Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on planning for worst‑case scenarios.
