Senior Landscape Architect – Expression of Interest

About the role

Surbana Jurong is seeking experienced Senior Landscape Architects to join the team on‑site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on reviewing landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions for major development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Stationed full‑time on site to review landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Identify design issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant landscape architecture experience, including construction experience.
• Strong experience in landscape design review for large‑scale developments.
• Proven experience on major GCC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
