Senior Manager – Delivery – Commercial Office

About the role

The Senior Manager – Delivery – Commercial Office will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of commercial projects for Qiddiya Investment Company, ensuring they meet time, budget and quality targets while supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor commercial projects from initiation to closure, aligning with organisational KPIs.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and budgets.
• Coordinate with commercial, legal, procurement, finance and other internal teams to optimise execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental standards.
• Track performance metrics and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues affecting delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and contractors.
• Support contract administration, negotiations and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualifications or certifications such as PMP, Prince2 or Agile are highly desirable.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project delivery within commercial or large‑scale complex environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Project management certifications: PMP, Prince2, Agile.
