Senior Manager, Marketing Communications

About the role

HALA is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Marketing Communications function across the MENAP region. You will shape the brand narrative, drive integrated campaigns, and support corporate communications in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute MARCOM strategy aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Own brand narrative and ensure consistent messaging across audiences, channels, and markets.
• Provide brand governance, protecting and evolving brand identity and standards.
• Lead integrated communications for major campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and events.
• Oversee content planning, editorial direction, and creation of key assets to boost awareness and demand.
• Direct event communications from positioning to post‑event follow‑up.
• Support corporate communications, including announcements and issue readiness.
• Manage cross‑functional alignment for go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Use performance insights to refine messaging and improve effectiveness.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and budgets to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand communications, or integrated marketing.
• Proven ability to lead high‑impact, cross‑channel communications, including campaigns and events.
• Strong strategic storytelling and messaging skills with excellent writing and editing judgment.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing across functions.
• Disciplined planning and execution, comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and budgets.
