Senior Manager - Planning (Scheduling)

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Planning to lead the scheduling function for its ambitious hospitality portfolio within the Qiddiya City development. You will ensure project timelines are met, resources are optimally allocated, and deliverables are achieved across a range of hotel assets from economy to ultra‑luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, defining milestones, deliverables and resource allocations.
• Analyze schedules to identify risks, delays and critical paths, proposing corrective actions.
• Facilitate collaboration between the central Development Unit, hospitality development managers, project managers and other stakeholders.
• Update schedules regularly based on progress, scope changes and resource availability, providing real‑time insights to senior management.
• Conduct schedule reviews using performance metrics and recovery strategies.
• Promote proactive communication within project teams to align objectives and timelines.
• Implement best practices and leverage advanced scheduling software to enhance planning and execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in scheduling or project management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Membership of the Association of Planning Engineers or Certified Planning Engineer preferred.

Required skills

• Excellent working knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
