Senior Medical Analyst

About the role

My Clinic is seeking a Senior Medical Analyst to lead the review and evaluation of medical data and interactions within its My Care platform. The role ensures that all medical information delivered to patients is accurate, safe, and complies with clinical guidelines and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead medical data analysis and quality audits across the My Care service.
• Review and verify the accuracy of medical scripts and information shared by agents.
• Ensure all medical interactions align with clinical guidelines and approved strategies.
• Supervise implementation of medical quality standards and support staff compliance.
• Provide expert oversight on complex medical inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate medical reporting, insights, and KPI monitoring.
• Collect and analyze clinical feedback and post‑campaign medical insights.
• Represent My Care data in meetings with medical departments and health agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Medicine degree.
• Minimum 5 years experience in clinical analysis or medical operations.
• Valid Medical Practitioner License.
• Optional certification in Health Data Analytics, Quality Management or related fields.
