Senior Operations Manager - Airports

About the role

The Senior Operations Manager – Airports will lead the operations team in Saudi Arabia, shaping division strategy, overseeing commercial and contractual administration, and ensuring the performance of airport asset portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Operations Management strategy for airport assets, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
• Lead the Operations team, set objectives, manage performance, and drive staff development.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost‑reduction initiatives for the business unit.
• Manage contract administration, including scope revisions, renewals, pricing, and negotiations with legal coordination.
• Supervise subcontractors for systems such as fire, gas, emergency lighting, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor service level agreements, supplier performance, and resource utilization across the portfolio.

Required profile

• Significant experience in airport operations and facilities management.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate operations teams to achieve business objectives.
