Senior Operations Manager – QSR (Algeria)

About the role

This senior position will lead the launch and growth of a major quick‑service restaurant (QSR) brand in Algeria. You will be accountable for both day‑to‑day operations and the full profit‑and‑loss (P&L) of the business, ensuring the brand meets international standards while adapting to local market realities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete P&L for the Algerian market, driving margin improvement and scalable growth.
• Implement and enforce international QSR operational standards across all locations.
• Build and lead local teams from the ground up, establishing brand standards, training programs, and performance metrics.
• Translate the franchise system’s operating model to fit Algerian market conditions.
• Collaborate with corporate functions to align commercial, marketing, and supply‑chain initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience with a major branded QSR operator, preferably a global fast‑food chain.
• Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
• Background working within an international American franchise model.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership and a track record of scaling operations.
• Willingness to relocate to Algeria and work on‑site.
