Senior Pre-seller – Sales & Account Management

About the role

The Senior Pre‑seller will join PepsiCo’s KSA sales team, responsible for driving product sales, managing accounts and ensuring high customer service across assigned routes.

Key responsibilities

• Sell the full range of PepsiCo products to an agreed customer list, meeting sales targets and keeping product stales below set limits.
• Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, keep the sales vehicle clean and roadworthy, and report any defects promptly.
• Deliver ready‑to‑ship orders on time, coordinate delivery arrangements and maintain optimal stock levels at customer sites.
• Implement in‑store merchandising standards as directed, collaborating with merchandisers when available.
• Collect accounts receivable, reconcile cash, cheques and credit sales daily, and report market insights to the supervisor.
• Maintain professional appearance, adhere to driving regulations and attend scheduled training sessions.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of sales and account‑building experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong communication, negotiation and conflict‑management abilities.
• Ability to plan sales routes, perform basic accounting tasks and provide accurate market feedback.
