Senior / Principal Consultant – Transaction Advisory

About the role

Jacobs is seeking experienced Senior or Principal Consultants to join its Strategic Advisory team in the Middle East. The role focuses on Transaction Advisory and Public‑Private Partnerships (PPP/P3), guiding public and private sector clients through the full project lifecycle, from early‑stage strategy to implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver infrastructure transaction advisory and PPP engagements.
• Conduct feasibility studies, techno‑economic assessments, options analysis, business cases, and market sounding exercises.
• Advise governments, infrastructure authorities, developers, and investors on PPP frameworks, delivery models, procurement strategies, and commercial structures.
• Support structuring and execution of transactions, including procurement design, tender documentation, bid evaluation, negotiations, and contract development.
• Develop and review commercial frameworks, risk allocation strategies, payment mechanisms, and concession agreements.
• Manage due‑diligence activities covering commercial, financial, and operational assessments.
• Coordinate complex stakeholder environments and maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and contractual obligations.
• Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transaction advisory, PPP, or infrastructure finance.
• Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large‑scale projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and support practice growth.
