Senior Project Manager – Fit Out

About the role

The client, a leading international project and programme management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Fit Out to lead the delivery of a landmark development programme in Riyadh. You will be responsible for overseeing all interior fit‑out activities across high‑profile assets, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fit‑out works from pre‑construction through handover and operational readiness.
• Oversee high‑end interior packages including architectural finishes, specialist systems, FF&E and back‑of‑house areas.
• Manage contractor performance against programme, cost, quality and HSE objectives.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, MEP, procurement and construction teams for seamless integration.
• Drive programme sequencing, logistics, access coordination and interface management.
• Monitor milestones, implement mitigation strategies and report progress to senior management.
• Lead coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee mock‑ups, material approvals, inspections, snagging, de‑snagging and handover processes.
• Support procurement and commercial teams during tender evaluations and change management.
• Facilitate testing, commissioning and final completion for operational readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 + years experience managing large‑scale fit‑out projects.
• Proven track record delivering high‑end hospitality, entertainment, commercial, sports or mixed‑use interiors.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in the Middle East or on major international projects.
