Senior Project Manager

About the role

Star, a human capability development company based in Riyadh, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder programs for government and corporate clients. You will be the primary relationship holder, overseeing programs from brief to delivery while shaping the company’s project management practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 2‑3 large‑scale programs simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, budgets and quality.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with ministries and corporate executives.
• Design and implement PMO structures, governance frameworks and reporting systems.
• Coordinate internal teams and external subcontractors to achieve shared milestones.
• Produce executive‑level reports and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior project managers and establish delivery standards.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance planning, reporting and team productivity.

Required profile

• 5‑9 years of end‑to‑end project management experience, preferably on government or corporate programs in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven ability to lead programs independently, presenting to senior officials and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a hands‑on work ethic.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
