Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS (On-site)

About the role

Gleeds is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, MRICS qualified, to join its on‑site team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering both pre‑contract and post‑contract quantity surveying services for high‑specification building projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑contract cost planning, estimating and tender documentation.
• Manage the tender process, including marking schemes and contractor selection.
• Deliver post‑contract quantity surveying, valuing completed work and arranging payments.
• Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer’s Agent.
• Offer senior technical advice on legal and contractual issues.
• Produce and present detailed reports to clients and keep directors informed of project issues.

Required profile

• MRICS chartered with 10+ years of post‑graduate quantity surveying experience.
• Minimum 3 years working in Saudi Arabia and with a consultancy.
• Experience on building, high‑spec office and mixed‑use projects.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are desirable.
• Native‑level written and spoken English; transferable Iqama.
