About the role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Recruiter to help empower women in Saudi Arabia through a targeted employment campaign. You will work closely with employers, technologists, and candidates to place women in media‑related jobs and provide career coaching throughout the process.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers across Saudi Arabia to secure job placements for candidates.
- Collaborate with a technology team to leverage AI tools for matching applicants to suitable positions.
- Provide career coaching, resume building, and interview preparation for women entering the media industry.
- Build and manage a network of HR and recruitment contacts, and attend monthly recruiting meetups.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Passion for career coaching and working with diverse groups.
- Strong ability to build rapport with candidates, employers, and partners.
- Fluent in Arabic and English; must be a Saudi woman.
