Senior Sales Manager – AI, IoT & Smart Technologies

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead business development, marketing and strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia and Europe. The role will position Virtual Connect Solutions as a leader in AI, IoT, Smart Cities, Digital Twin and emerging technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline for AI, IoT and Smart Technology solutions across Saudi Arabia, GCC and Europe.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships with government and private‑sector clients, driving revenue growth.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns, represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
• Conduct client meetings, prepare commercial proposals and manage executive‑level stakeholder relationships.
• Travel internationally to promote the company, attend trade shows and negotiate partnership agreements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales or marketing experience, with 10 + years preferred for senior roles.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing B2B sales cycles.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC; exposure to European markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage senior government and enterprise stakeholders.
