Senior Site Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Site Architect to lead the architectural supervision on a major development in Riyadh. The role will act as the primary architectural representative on‑site, ensuring that all works are delivered in full compliance with contract documents, specifications, and local authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of architectural works, including building envelopes, facades, finishes, fit‑out, joinery and waterproofing, to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Review and respond to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawings, material submissions, technical data sheets, samples and mock‑ups.
• Identify non‑conforming works, issue Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective actions until closure.
• Ensure adherence to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), hold points, witness points and overall quality control procedures.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade and specialist supervision teams to resolve interface issues and support integrated project delivery.
• Prepare detailed site inspection reports, photographic records, and regular progress updates for project leadership.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in construction supervision, quality management, contractor coordination and contract administration on large‑scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of architectural detailing, building envelopes and façade systems.
• Proven ability to safeguard design intent and manage technical queries through to project handover.
