Senior Specialist Ordering & Execution (Trade Marketing)

About the role

The Senior Specialist Ordering & Execution role drives brand excellence at point of sale by delivering attractive product presentations and omni‑channel campaigns. You will coordinate retail calendars, ensure brand consistency, and support field teams across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop the retail calendar for assigned markets in line with global brand and product campaigns.
• Execute omni‑channel calendars in collaboration with the Omni Planning Team, channels and partners, staying within budget.
• Lead the delivery of global guidelines and in‑store ISC consistency across markets.
• Support District Field Omni experts, escalating complex topics to the Omni Manager.
• Manage the yearly retail calendar for Own Retail in alignment with Operations and Buying teams.
• Deliver sports performance and Originals omni‑channel marketing campaigns, promotions and in‑store communication tools.
• Coordinate in‑store activations, consumer communications and experiential events with local and global agencies.
• Implement global ISC strategies during the sell‑in stage and ensure executional excellence to maximize sell‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months (3 years) of experience in trade marketing, omni‑channel marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage retail calendars and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
