Senior Styling Assistant & Studio Operations Lead

About the role

We are a high‑level fashion styling studio in Riyadh seeking a senior‑experienced professional to act as the right hand to our Lead Stylist. The Senior Styling Assistant & Studio Operations Lead will combine creative styling support with day‑to‑day studio management, ensuring flawless execution of celebrity, editorial and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Pull wardrobe from PR showrooms, designers and brand partners and manage celebrity fittings with discretion.
• Prepare, organise and maintain styling racks, kits and shoot‑ready looks; run styling jobs independently when required.
• Oversee studio communications: emails, scheduling, calendars and internal coordination.
• Track bookings, fittings, pulls, returns and job timelines; prepare call sheets, invoices and expense reports.
• Maintain PR, brand and client contact databases and organise digital assets and internal documents.
• Handle sample logistics: pack, track, return items, coordinate couriers and shipping.
• Represent the studio and Lead Stylist professionally, protecting brand reputation and industry relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience assisting on styling projects in a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment.
• Strong understanding of PR showroom systems and fashion production workflows.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with wardrobe pulling and sample management.
• Proficiency in studio administration tools (email, calendar, basic reporting).
• Knowledge of logistics coordination for fashion samples.
