About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking a senior professional to lead talent acquisition for its fast‑growing, digitally native airline. You will be responsible for attracting top talent through digital channels, networks and referrals, while representing the brand and ensuring candidates align with the business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage passive and active candidates using digital platforms and personal networks.
• Represent the Riyadh Air brand throughout the recruitment journey, delivering a personalized candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leaders and key stakeholders to understand talent needs.
• Utilize recruitment technology and data‑driven approaches to streamline the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future aviation roles.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of proven recruitment experience with reputable brands.
• Strong track record of delivering results in a fast‑paced, tech‑savvy environment.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Aviation industry experience is a plus.
