About the role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute recruitment strategies that support the company’s growth in the fragrance, cosmetics, and retail sectors. This role oversees the full recruitment lifecycle, enhances the candidate experience, and ensures high‑quality hires that align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from application to onboarding.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies specific to fragrance and retail markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment plans.
- Source candidates via professional platforms, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct competency‑ and behavior‑based interviews.
- Maintain a robust talent database for current and future hiring.
- Lead group recruitment projects for retail and operational roles.
- Enhance candidate experience and promote employer branding.
- Supervise the talent acquisition team and monitor recruitment KPIs.
- Coordinate Saudization initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4‑6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or retail preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and recruitment practices.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruitment platforms.
