Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for mid‑level to senior positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract, assess, and secure top talent across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for mid to senior‑level roles.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular market insights and updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee the offer process, including negotiation and closing.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on headhunting.
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• High professionalism and meticulous attention to detail.
