Service Leader Coiled Tubing

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff for the Coiled Tubing Product Service Line within a Natural Work Area, overseeing multi‑shift CT projects and technically demanding well‑intervention projects.
• Lead employee behavior and competency development through mentoring to achieve excellence in service quality and HSE performance.
• Assist the Field Service Quality Coordinator and Performance Development Coordinator with progressive discipline and performance evaluations.
• Champion Halliburton and customer Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and engage teams in Production Solutions initiatives.
• Evaluate service quality within the assigned area and implement improvements, including new technology adoption.

Required profile

• Completion of an undergraduate degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in oilfield services.

Required skills

• Expertise in Coiled Tubing operations and well‑intervention services.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and processes.
• Strong understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance requirements.
