About the role
Supports the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow SPM solutions, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and administer ServiceNow SPM modules, including applications, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Support integration between ServiceNow SPM and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting capabilities.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, providing ongoing support to users.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM or related IT service management roles.
