About the role

Join the service team at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea as a Waiter/Waitress and deliver a consistently high level of guest service. You will work in a dynamic hotel environment, serving food and beverages to guests while ensuring a courteous, professional, and flexible experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in the assigned dining area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel or restaurant operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
