Site Safety & Health Officer

About the role

Perini Management Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety & Health Officer for its project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead safety and health initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) standards and protect the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the approved Accident Prevention Plan.
• Manage project activities in accordance with USACE EM 385‑1‑1.
• Develop Activity Hazard Analyses and provide related instructions to the workforce.
• Prepare and submit Daily Project Safety Reports and coordinate third‑party safety inspectors.
• Supervise adherence to the Construction Traffic Management Plan and Construction Environmental Management Plan.
• Participate in internal and external safety audits and support the project Quality Control team.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of construction experience as a Site Safety and Health Officer or equivalent.
• Experience with hazard identification, safety compliance and sustainability.
• Prior work on USACE projects or with U.S. Federal Government clients preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
