Software Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist to define, implement, and monitor quality strategies across our software products and systems. The role ensures that development processes align with established policies and standards throughout the full lifecycle, from analysis to release.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and apply QA strategies, methodologies, and standards for products and systems.
• Align solution and product development processes with corporate policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ensure compliance with development procedures across Agile and DevOps workflows.
• Review business functions to support and enhance QA strategies.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers, testers, and stakeholders to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct audits and reviews to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver quality reports for stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in QA governance within software or digital product development.
• Proven ability to implement QA strategies and ensure compliance across the full lifecycle.
• Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong coordination and reporting skills.
