Spa and Wellness Manager

About the role

The Spa and Wellness Manager will lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the spa division at Shangri‑La Jeddah, delivering a world‑class luxury wellness experience that aligns with the brand’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, safety and compliance with local regulations.
• Achieve revenue, profitability and budget targets; develop strategies to grow treatment sales, memberships, wellness programmes and retail.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen the spa’s market position.
• Maintain high guest‑satisfaction scores and continuously improve service based on feedback.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain a high‑performing spa team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Represent the spa within the luxury hospitality and wellness community.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Spa Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 7–10 years of experience in luxury spa management, including senior leadership roles.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work extended duty hours.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of spa operations, wellness trends, treatment development and retail management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
