Sr. AI Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to build and lead the new AI department at Solidrange, a Riyadh‑based cybersecurity and GRC company. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on development of AI‑driven solutions for government and SME customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the AI roadmap, including technical architecture, hosting frameworks, and deployment strategies for on‑premise and hybrid environments.
• Architect scalable AI/ML models for cybersecurity, governance, and compliance use cases.
• Design LLM‑based virtual CISO chatbot systems using models such as ClaudeV2 and GPT‑4.
• Build advanced document analysis and comparison systems for intelligent data extraction and policy gap detection.
• Develop and deploy production‑grade applications on VibeCode platforms (Lovable, Bolt.New, Base 44) ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Create modular architectures compatible with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Design MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for continuous model delivery, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with PCI DSS, GDPR, PDPL, and NIST standards and are secure for on‑prem deployments.
• Lead the AI department’s early hiring, mentor cross‑functional teams, and translate business goals into scalable AI solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience building and deploying applications using VibeCode platforms.
• Hands‑on experience designing AI/ML models for cybersecurity, governance, or compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, especially government or enterprise sectors.
