Storekeeper – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper supports daily hotel operations by managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and ensuring all merchandise is stored safely and efficiently. This full‑time, onsite position is essential for maintaining the quality and availability of supplies across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and label merchandise by department, then deliver to the appropriate area.
• Stack received items on pallets or carts and complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, notify supervisors of low inventory, and rotate perishable goods to maintain freshness.
• Inspect deliveries for quality, date codes, and condition; refuse damaged or incorrect items.
• Adhere to food‑safety and handling policies, and keep refrigerators, freezers, floors, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Remove empty pallets, cardboard, and trash, placing them in designated storage areas.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions and complete required safety training.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect confidential information.

Required profile

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications needed.
