Strategy Consultant – 12‑Month Project in Riyadh

About the role

Palladium is seeking Management/Strategy Consultants for a high‑impact, 12‑month secondment with a Center‑of‑Government entity under the Royal Court in Riyadh. The role supports the delivery of Vision 2030 initiatives, working on‑site alongside senior officials and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and development of strategic initiatives, frameworks, and implementation plans.
• Conduct benchmarking studies, current‑state assessments, and prepare executive‑level reports.
• Track progress, document achievements, and follow up on initiative execution with relevant entities.
• Develop KPIs and performance‑monitoring frameworks.
• Prepare and deliver executive‑level presentations and reports.
• Assist with governance activities, including committee and meeting management.
• Maintain structured project documentation and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years consulting experience (3 years for senior‑level candidates).
• Strong adaptability and ability to meet tight, evolving deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Interest or exposure to International Relations is a plus.

• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency for executive‑level deliverables.
