Supply Chain Manager – Parts (BYD & Denza)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end parts supply chain for BYD and Denza brands across Saudi Arabia. You will own forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment and operational efficiency for the central distribution centre and all branch locations, directly influencing aftersales profitability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the parts supply chain strategy, including forecasting, replenishment cycles, stocking norms and obsolescence management.
• Build demand forecasting models aligned to vehicle parc growth, seasonality, campaigns and warranty cycles.
• Set inventory targets for the central distribution centre and branches to optimise fill rates, availability and working capital.
• Govern core inventory KPIs such as stock turn, first‑pick fill rate, back‑order ratio, ageing stock and obsolescence provisions.
• Standardise branch parts operations, replenishment cycles, VOR processes and emergency order management.
• Act as the primary KSA counterpart to BYD HQ supply chain teams, managing order cycles, allocations and supply commitments.
• Negotiate supply terms, pricing reviews and service‑level commitments with OE and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, freight optimisation and last‑mile distribution.
• Deliver monthly supply chain performance reviews and build dashboards for leadership.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in automotive parts supply chain management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute supply chain strategies in a regional context.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with original equipment manufacturers and vendors.
