About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join the Flowmingo Partner Program. Flowmingo is a Y Combinator‑backed AI platform that helps fast‑growing teams identify top talent faster and more fairly. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will act as a key connector, introducing our platform to HR professionals, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers in your network.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate connections and help new users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Track referral progress and ensure smooth onboarding for each client.
• Provide feedback to the product team to improve the solution.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and onboarding, with bonuses for internal company adoption.

Required profile

• Current HR professional, recruiter or consultant with an active professional network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate product value to non‑technical audiences.
